DEVISES AND BEQUESTS
1) My beloved wife shall give my body a decent burial
2) My beloved wife Heilie shall have all real and personal property
3) To wife Heilie Furr 25 acres of land for her natural life
4) To wife Heilie Furr all personal property, viz. mule and buggy, cattle, household,
kitchen furniture.
5) Provision that "she shall stay with me and care for me so long as I shall live,
otherwise this will shall be null and void, if the said Heilie Furr shall comply with this
request this will shall be in full force."
