Death
ARCOLA - Hugh Gordon Furr, 87, retired service station owner/ operator, died of heart failure Monday at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Boone-Wells Funeral Home with burial in Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. Mr. Furr, the husband of Gladys K. Furr, also leaves two daughters, Myrtis Mosley of Greenville and Tresa Greer of Hollandale, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.Endnotes
