WWI Draft Registration Card, dated 12 Sep 1918, uses the name "Joseph George Raboine." It refers to him as unemployed, blind and sick, and says that he had been sick for four years.

Godparents were Hermas and Mary Suave. Baptized Joseph George, but usually called just George. A marginal correction, added later, changes the parents to Mose and Philomene, and the birthdate to 19 April 1889, but I think it likely that this correction is an error. Both Frederick's George and Mose's Joseph were born in April, three years apart. This record, though, is surrounded by other 1886 entries.Census (family)
