Posted at findagrave.com: Wilma H. Hake, 90, Lake Mills, died on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Brook Gardens Place in Lake Mills. She was born on December 25, 1924 in Oelwin, IA, the daughter of the late Gustave and Ida (Kundy) Neuman. She married Harold Hake of Jefferson on May 6, 1941 in Dubuque, IA. He died on October 27, 2009.
She had been a resident of Lake Mills for 50 years prior to moving to Jefferson from 1991-2011, returning to Lake Mills to Trinity Pines. Wilma had been employed at the former Lake Mills Shoe Factory, the former County Home, and later for Hamlin, Inc. for 26 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lake Mills.
Survivors include her daughter, Sally Zitelman of Lake Mills; one grandson, Michael (Nancy) Zitelman of Watertown; two step grandchildren, Ashley Zechzer, Lindsey (Jesse) Wilburn; two great grandchildren, Mikenze Booth, Jaxson Wilburn; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Also preceded in death by five brothers, three sisters, and a son-in-law, Charles Zitelman.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Claussen Funeral Home in Lake Mills with the Rev. Mark D. Dressel officiating. Friends may call after 3 p.m. on Thursday until the time of services. Burial will be held at Rock Lake Cemetery at a later date.Source: Claussen Funeral Home.
