Mrs. Dorothy MacDonald died Thursday at the home of her son, the Rev. Malcolm R. MacDonald, rector of Grace St. Luke Episcopal Church in Memphis, Tenn. Funeral services are being held there today. Memorial services will be held in Southern California on a later date.

Mrs. MacDonald was the widow of Earl MacDonald, for many years a resident of Riverside and formerly vice president in charge of operations for Riverside Cement Co. Mrs. MacDonald, who was 74, was born in Minnesota in 1882. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She leaves two sons, Malcolm and Donald, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Corona, Jan. 7.---Dorothy MacDonald, former Corona resident, died last week while visiting a son in Memphis, Tenn., it was learned here today. Services were to be held in Memphis.

A Minnesota native, she came to Corona in 1901, later lived in Riverside and Balboa. Surviving are two sons, Rev. Malcolm MacDonald, of Memphis, and Donald MacDonald, of South Pasadena; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Dr. Frank Clayson of San Pedro, and Walter S. Clayson, of Corona; and a sister, Mrs. T. A. Fraser, of Corona.
