DAR 1990 Index Volume 3 shows marriage to Ann Bigelow in New Hampshire in 1760.NEHGS data base "Lancaster, MA: Vital records to 1850" page 87 shows that Samuel Titus of Ipswich Canada & Ann Bigelow of Westminster Destrict were married on Sept. 11, 1760 by David Osgood Esqr.
