1816 pole tax shows him living on the Wellman farm at the factory (see History of Coos Co., NH).
1761 birth date and location is per the William R. Arthurs study and agrees with the Dorothy M. Titus study. Birth and location also confirmed via "NewEnglandAncestors.org" but showing a date of 5 Aug. 1761 and son of Samuel and Anna Titus.
