Death certificate for her daughter, Ann, shows her name as Susan Sellingham, born in NH.
In William R. Arthurs' "A Genealogical Guide to the Titus Family in North America" states that Susan Selham may also be Susan Sellingham according to the biography of Henry Titus.
1850 census for Columbia, Coos Co., NH shows husband Eleazer Titus with no wife, therefore Susan may have died between 1843 (birth of last child) and 1850 in Columbia or Colebrook.
1840 census for Colebrook, Coos Co., NH shows her husband Eleazer Titus, age 40-50 (he was 47) a farmer with a wife age 30-40 (Susan was 32) and 3 male children and 2 girl children (this matches the family at that time).
1829 marriage year and location is from the IGI and needs to be confirmed. 1829 marriage year is also supported by the children's ages and a 1808 birth year for wife, Susan. Per "Titus Family in America" by Dorothy M. Titus dated July 1943, Eleazer Titus Jr. married Susan Selham of Stewartstown, NH and lived in Colebrook.
1820 marriage year is from the Ancestral File which may not be correct but husband of Eleazer Titus is correct. A 1820 marriage would make her 12 years old at time of the marriage which is doubtful.
1817 town meeting for Stewartstown, NH, voted to "Sett up Betsey Selingham, Susanna Selingham and Katherine Selingham to the lowest Bidder * * * * Voted to sell the Henry Selingham farm to pay for keeping Polly Selingham on year" per page 666 of the "History of Coos County" by Georgia Drew Merrill.
1810 census for Stewartstown, Coos Co., NH, shows Henery Sullingham age 45+ living with two females, one age 26-44 and the other 45+ (this must be his wife Amy). All of the children are missing from this census. Where are the children?

Per page 664 of the "History of Coos County" by Georgia Drew Merrill shows the family of Henry and Amy Sulingham with the birth of Susanna in June, 1808.
1800 prior to: page 664 of the "History of Coos County" by Georgia Drew Merrill shows early settlers to Stewartstown, NH, who were Henry and Amy Sullingham living on lot No. 1 and had five children: Katharine, born March 30,1803, Jacob born October 1, 1804, Elizabeth, born November 23, 1806, Susanna, born June, 1808, and Polly, born March 30,1810.
