Therefore her birth year is 1790.Palmer & Howard Families Database at http://palmerhoward.net: 2012 - shows a birth date for each child of Caleb Marshall and Zeruiah Harriman including Rhoda on 17 Apr 1791. Since those dates have no source for the information, the dates are "disputed" until proven.
Birth year of about 1790 is supported by the usual spacing of 2 years between births of siblings.
1790 census shows the family in Northumberland, NH, therefore Rhoda was most likely born there.
