In "The Rise and Progress of the Serpent from the Garden of Eden" by Mary (Marshall) Dyer, page 156, she is listed as "Betsy" the 7th child of Caleb Marshall and Zeruiah Harriman.
IGI shows a Betsey Marshall born 1781 in Northumberland, Coos (had to be Grafton Co. because Coos Co. formed 1803), NH, died 18 Mar. 1852 in Orafton, NH, married Obadiah Tillotson about 1809 in Orford, Grafton, NH.
