:Date is the one given by Richardson. Cawley notes several other possibledates of death but does not give any sources including 15 Mar/4 May 1379 or 17 Jun/05 Oct 1382. The Bedford section of ''Complete peerage'' stated she had died before May 1379. Cokayne. ''Complete Peerage'', vol. 2 page 70. However, in the Gynes section (Coucey family) the correct date is given. On 22 November 1382 orders were issued to the collectors of customs regarding a regarding a grant of land "late belonging to the King's aunt, Isabel, late Countess of Bedford, who d. 5 Oct. last past." On the same day executors were appointed to carry out the terms of the Countess' will.
