"There is a marriage record for Asa Greer and Rebecca Neighbors in Franklin County, Virginia, dated July (?) 1791, consent by Francis Neighbors, and bond record signed 22 July 1791, by Asa Greer and Thos. Wilson. "Asa Greer and Rebecca Neighbors, daughter of Francis Neighbors, were married in Bedford County, Virginia July 25, 1791, by Rev. John Ayers."
