From deeds of Grayson County, Texas, T. S. Howell sold 650 acres of land, the first being an undivided interest in 20 acres, sold September 11, 1861. The second being 640 acres, sold in September 25, 1867. Both were filed for record on October 7, 1871. (Copies of these instruments are on file in the Terry Archives.)
