"Edna Earl Tate was the sixth child and the third daughter of Maude Poer and Ova Tate. She was born June 2, 1918 in Madison County, Kentucky. Edna had red hair. She was quiet, gentle and a very loving person. She passed away October 30, 1932 from typhoid fever. She was about fourteen years old.
