I emigrated to the U.S. from Patras, Greece on or about the 5th day of June, 1910 and arrived in the U.S. at the Port of New York on the 19th day of June, 1910 on the vessel Patras.
I declared my intention to become a citizen on the 19th day of January 1922 at New York, NY at the Supreme Court of New York County.
I am not married.
I have no children.
...citizen of the present government of Greece.
I am able to speak the English language.
I have resided continuously in the US for the term of five years... since the 19th day of June, 1910, and the state of New York since 19th day of June, 1910, being a resident of this state at least one year preceding the date of this petition.
I have heretofore made petition for citizenship to the District Court of the Southern District of New York at New York on the 21st day of April 1925 and the said petition was denied by the court for the following reason: draft evasion (not well disposed).
