The petition of Pauline Kourabas, hereby filed, respectfully shows:
1. My place of residence is 1753 Sheepshead Bay Rd., Brooklyn, NY.
2. My occupation is housewife and cashier.
3. I was born in Sparta Greece on March 9 1903. My race is Greek
4. Omitted pursuant to the Act of September 22 1922
5. I am married. The name of my husband is Nicholas, we were married on May 20, 1920 at Brooklyn, NY; he was born at Sparta Greece on July 1, 1897; entered the United States at New York NY on January 7 1916 for permanent residence therein, and how resides at 1753 Sheepshead Bay Rd., Brooklyn, NY. I have 2 children and the name, date and place of birth and place of residence of each of said children are as follows: Beatrice, May 1, 1922; Mary, June 27, 1923. Both born in Bklyn NY and reside at 1753 Sheepshead Bay Rd., Bklyn NY. My husband was naturalized January 14 1921, Supreme Court, Richmond County, Tompkinsville NY, certificate #2108321 in lieu of 1381356.
6. My last foreign residence was Sparta Greece. I emigrated to the USA from Pereas Greece. My lawful entry for permanent residence in the US was at New York NY, under the name of Stavracou, Politimi on January 19, 1916 on the vessel Vasilefs Constantinos.
7....Greek Republic, of whom at this time I am a subject or citizen, and it is my intention to reside permanently in the United States.
8. I am able to speak the English language.
9. I have resided continuously in the United States of America for the term of five years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since January 19 1916 and in the County of Kings this state, continuously next preceding the date of this petition, since April 22 1923, being a residence within said county of at least 6 months next preceding the date of this petition.
10. I have not heretofore made petition for citizenship....
