Individual Details
Grigorios Andreas Kostakos
(1854 - 24 Apr 1935)
Birth and Death years were found by Georgios Kostakos in the village records of St. Johns Greece in Dec. 1994.
School Archive records from Greek Archives, sent to Carol Petranek from Michael Sovolos in September 2012 showed Grigorios Kostakos as the father of Andreas (born 1893) and Konstantinos (born 1894) in Agios Ioannis; Grigorios' occupation was a landowner.
Conflict of Information: Areti Kostakos Lambrinos said Grigorios (and his father's family) came from Pyrgos in the western mountains of the Peloponnese. He came to St. Johns looking for work, and was hired by Panayiotis, Areti's mother's (Maria) brother. After some time, Panagiotis gave Maria to Grigorios, to wife.
