"Esther Koleber McCann, Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Dec. 21st at Fairfield Hospital. She'd been ill for a number of years. She was born Feb. 19, 1926 in WaKeeney to George and Mary Margheim Koleber, and attended grade and high school in WaKeeney.
She married Michael McCann in Denver, Colorado, July 1st, 1946 and moved to Dayton, Ohio, where she lived until her husband's death in 1979, then moving to Fairfield.
She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Siermenn of Blanchester, Ohio; 3 sons, Dennis McCann of Tampa, Florida, Gary of Dayton, Ohio and Jerry McCann of Cincinnati, Ohio; 2 sisters: Alvina Niver, WaKeeney and Martha Kroeger, Arvada, Colorado and 1 brother, Edward Koleber, Wilson, Wyoming; and 8 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Hermina Nowlin, and Eleanor Draper and 4 brothers, Arthur Koleber, Robert Koleber, Ernest Koleber and Harold Dean Koleber.
The funeral was held Dec. 23rd in Dayton, Ohio."
