near Porterville, CA. They had grape vines and fruit trees all around their house and my mother used to talk about going out and harvesting fruit in their yard, but I am not positive. If it is their yard, it would have been taken in the late 1940's before I was born. Two trips were taken to see them. The first trip was my Dad, a man who had worked on our farm and his brother and your Dad. My mother and Jim stayed home to milk the cows. The second trip was taken when my mother & Jim went with my Dad and your Dad stayed home by himself to do the milking (Lloyd).
