Sarah married Nicholas Crist, Jr. Mary married Peter Reasoner in 1762, and Elizabeth married a Kuykendall or Keighendall. Elizabeth died before 1773 as indicated by her father Henry Speer/Spears PA Will in 1773. The will was made out to her unnamed siblings and to the children of daughter Elizabeth Speers. This showed she had died before 1773. Henry's wife was Regina Froman. Elizabeth's parents settled on the Monongahela River in Bedford/Westmoreland county PA as the first registered landowners in 1769. Their land is at the south western corner of Westmoreland Co just above Fayette County. Her brother Jacob Spears (note spelling) and uncle Peter and sister Mary Speers Reasoner and his uncle Paul Froman and are recorded south of the great crossing on the Youghiogheny River National Trail crossing in 1769. Jacob is the first landowner at that National Trail crossing according to Somerset Co records and is on page 72 of Mason and Dixon's surveying journal.
I do not know the first name of Elizabeth's husband nor the names of their children, etc. There are 2 Kuykendalls recorded in early Washington Co PA history - Benjamin who was at the mouth of Peters Creek near present day Elrama 10 to 15 miles north of her parents settlement, and Henry Kuykendall who went on to Bourbon Co/Fayette County KY the county where her brother Jacob Spears settled in 1787. Jacob named Bourbon Whiskey in 1810.
