Sarah Spears

Married Nicholas Crist, Jr. The Frey Journal chart names Sarah's husband as Henry Crist. I have seen no proof of either.
On 7 Feb 1788 Henry Crist of Ky came to Frederick Co Va and married Rachel Ann Cartmell, dau of Nathaniel and Sarah. Henry Crist was a grandson of Henry Spears. HC became a prominent man, Member of the US Congress, etc.
On 29 Apr 1789. Jacob Cartmell (b 1765), son of Nathaniel and Sarah, married Rebecca Crist, granddaughter of Henry Spears. This marriage prob took place in KY where Jacob had migrated.
On 18 Oct 1798. Rogennah Cartmell (dau of Nathan and his wife Susannah Spears) married in Frederick Co Va to Jacob Crist, grandson of Henry Spears.
