Logan Co DB Q, p.158 6 Jul 1829 Sally Blakey by Spencer Curd, Commissioner, sold to Thomas Blakey 93 acres of land that was Sally's division of her father's estate. Blakey was highest bidder at $200. Rec. 28 Nov 1829.
Logan Co DB Q, p.224 2 Feb 1830 William Comfort & Eleanor his wife and Sally Whitsett sold Thomas Blakey their two-thirds of the individed 50 acres tract inherited from William Haden, Sr. Rec. 31 Mar 1830.
Logan Co DB Q, p.245 26 Apr 1830 William Porter & Nancy his wife sold the 100 acres she inherited from her father's estate to Thomas Blakey for $400. Rec. 3 May 1830
