Martha married a year after her sister Elizabeth, she could have been younger than indicated here.
There is a record of one child of this marriage recorded by Rev. Douglas - a daughter Mary born 15 Jun 1761. [This is only three months following her marriage and old style dating had been replaced by this time - possibly one date or the other has been recorded in error. Mary's baptism was 8 Nov 1761.] However, Mary may have died before Martha's father William wrote his will in 1779 as he indicated Martha had no children at that time.
