Texas Death Certificate #30386. Nancy died at Marcom Hospital in Ladonia; her residence was Honey Grove. Born 25 Jul 1873, she was 82 when she died 16 May 1956. Frank Blodgett was her father; Sarah Downy her mother. Daughter, Mrs. Ethel Taylor was the informant - as she was for Nancy's daughter Alma May. Nancy died of Uremia and was buried Oak Ridge Cemetery on May 17th.

Mrs. Ben Wishard Rites Thursday
Funeral services for Mrs. Ben F. Wishard, long-time resident of the Dial community, were scheduled for Thursday afternoon, May 17 at 4 o'clock at the Dial Baptist Church. Named officiants were the Rev. C. W. Shaw and the Rev. T. J. Watts. Burial was to be made in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, with Robert West Funeral Home, of Honey Grove, officiating.
Named pallbearers were grandsons.
Mrs. Wishard died at 12:50 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Marcom Clinic and Hospital at Ladonia, after a long illness.
Mrs. Wishard was born in Fannin County, south of Honey Grove July 25, 1873. Her parents were Frank and Sarah Blodgett. She was married to Ben F. Wishard on July 13, 1890, and he passed away October 1, 1939. Two sons, Harley Wishard and Robert Wishard preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Frank and Clifton Wishard, of Honey Grove and Emmett Wishard, of Fort Worth; five daughters, Mrs. Roy Thomas, Dallas, Mrs. Vina Vickers, Durant, Okla., and Mrs. Ethel Taylor, Miss Alma Wishard and Mrs. L. E. Myers, all of Honey Grove; a sister, Mrs. G. W. Hulsey, of Ladonia; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wishard was a resident of the Dial community for over 60 years and was a charter member of the Dial Baptist Church.
