Alice Cloud

(1753 - 1834)

Although Alice has been given "George" Boylston on in FamilySearch trees - she is simply Alice Boylstone in her father's will in 1810 and was obviously very much alive. I find no records of this man. on the South Carolina Archives or among the deeds of Chester/Fairfield Counties where the records of her father and brothers are found

I did find the following deed in Fairfield Co, SC
24 Nv 1784. Jerimiah McDaniel of Orangeborough Dist to William Boilston of Camden District. Sell the great dated 2 May 1770 to John McDaniel, 150 acres in Camden District on the South side of the Wateree River, East side of Duckman's Creek, bounding on all sides by vacant land when first laid out. For 40#'s Sterling. Signed: Jeremiah (X) McDaniel. wit: John Yarbrough, John Martin. Proved 9 April 1785 by John Martin.
