MRS. DELILAH BAKER DIED
Mrs. Delilah Mims Baker, age 80, died at the home in Clanton, Tuesday afternoon. Services were held at Temple, Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A. T. Hickman. Martin was in charge of arrangements.
surviving is one foster daughter, Mrs. Joe Marcus of Clanton; two sons, William Rudolph Baker, of Birminham, and Claude M. Baker of Clanton; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. John (Virginia) Wyatt of Walnut Creek community.
Mrs. Baker was the daughter of George W. Mims and Tabitha Miller Mims, all natives of Chilton County. She was married to Jodie A. Baker, some 65 years ago. Mr. Baker died some ten years ago.
