FindAGrave has a Memorial stating he is buried in the Germantown Cemetery, Fauquier County - this is very unlikely since he was living in Prince William Co by the time of his death. The birth date on the page is actually the date of his baptism, and I believe the date of death as 1750, to be a guess. Since he will was not proved until Jun of 1752, he had likely recently died.
