There was a deed from John Fenner to David Buell, Esq. and his wife Phebe, 7 Apr 1730, to convey a tract of land lying in the Town of Old Saybrook, formerly part of the town of Saybrook, Con.., containing one acre and a half of meadow and two acres of upland or thereabouts, being the same which John Fenner bought of his father, John Fenner, dec'd.
