B. F. Wyatt noted as Pensioner - wife was Mary Ann E. Wyatt, Chilton Co. He served in the Civil War as a Private in Company D, 59th Alabama. He enlisted in Montgomery, AL in 1862 and was discharged 21 Jun 1865.
19 May 1896. He has had a disease of the breast which has terminated in asthma. He owns 40 acres of land, six head of sheep, one clock
In his application o 4 Jul 1904, he noted he was unable to perform manual labor because of age and a disabled left arm resulting from a broken collar bone. He had a mare - no other livestock.

24 Aug 1911, Mary E. Wyatt stated she was the widow of B. F. Wyatt, a pensioner who had died 15 August 1911. She had personal property worth about $25, 40 acres of land with an ordinary log dwelling worth about $350.
17 Nov 1920. Widow's Application again given. She gave her full name as Mary Ann Elizabeth Wyatt of Clanton, AL and that she lived alone. She was born 16 Jan 1848 - her father was Hince Connell, now dead. He died Shelby County, AL. Her husband was B. F. Wyatt - they were married in Clanton in 1857 (it was 1866) and he had died in Shelby County in 1910. He enlisted at Coopers AL the first year of the war as a Private in the Infantry. His captain was Captain Oliner. He was never wounded but was captured in Tennessee and discharged after the war. He drew his pension #14627 in Chilton Co.
