Elizabeth's father will specified one share for her children - but it was not to be in the hands of Thomas Hayden.
Logan Co Guardian Records:
Joseph Offutt was guardian of Otha, L. and Wm J. Haden. The date of the first settlement is noted as 19 Mar 1868 - each received almost $10,700.00. There is a note that Jos. Offutt was dead, the estate settled in Simpson Circuit Court. Joseph was Elizabeth's brother married to Thomas Hayden/Haydon's sister.


Elizabeth said buried Logan Co KY. FindAGrave has her in Simpson Co - see her husband's notes. She is not listed in the Logan Co Cemetery book.
