In the Vestry Minutes book of St. Peter's Parish, Vol. II - digitized online at Ancestry.com - there is for the year 1734, listed "Jacob Son of William and Sarah Waddell". Most of those listed in this list have no dates, but if it was a death is says "dyed".

Jacob Waddill witnessed a deed in Chesterfield Co for his father, 1754 and was a tithable there in 1756.

1773. A Jacob Waddill was charged with 4 tithables in Prince Edward Co.
1783 & 1785. Jacob Waddill was a head of household, Prince Edward Co.
He is thought to have married (2) Sarah Marchbanks Hawkins, 30 Oct 1788, Prince Edward Co.

There is a will for Jacob in Prince Edward - dated 17 Nov 1806, proved 15 Dec 1806.
