Rosalie was listed as Rosa Bassett when she died. She died in St. Francois Co, but is buried Black Creek, Butler Co, MO, as Rosa Ferguson, joint marker with W. R. Ferguson, born 17 Jan 1844, d. 9 May 1905.
Her Death Certificate shows that she died at the State Hospital for the Insane at Farmington in St. Francois Co. 14 Aug 1914. She was there only one week and her cause of death was stated to be exhaustion due to manic-depressive insanity. Her profession was listed as "house keeping"; birthplace as Ohio. No information on her parents. Her date of birth listed as simply 1866, age 48. Her former residence was Poplar Bluff, MO and she was removed to that place for burial.
