In 1910 Rosie Bassett was listed in the census as a "widow". There is a Frank Bassett buried Black Creek Cemetery, Poplar Bluff, Butler Co MO. He was born 1862 in Indiana, died 25 Feb 1913, in Popar Bluff. Either his death year is wrong - or they were not living together by 1810 and an enumerator made an assumption about her marriage status. I found no Frank Bassett in Butler Co at all.
