The death certificate states that he died of infleunza as the last cause but had paralysis. His birthdate is given as 20 Aug 1851 and his age at death as 68 years 9 months, 21 days. - it would seem the 1859 is correct for his birth. His father listed as U.H.W. Fox and his mother as Sarahan Brown. Evert Chaffin was the informant. He is buried Fox Cemetery in Jackson Co.
