1860 Census. Uriah listed as H. W. Fox age 26. Sarah A. age 22 and Sydney age 9 months. He would appear to be the eldest child.

Uriah Fox, age 46, born TN as were his parents. Dicy age 40. Sidney 20, Mary 16, James 13, Wesley 12, Cinthy 10, Maranda 8, Cora P. 6, Arba C.5 and Dicy age 1.

Uriah H. W. Fox, born Feb 1834. age 66. Married 37 years. Dicey, wife, born May 1840, age 60. Dicey's mother was born in South Carolina. Dicey has had 12 children, 7 are living. Riah B., son, born Feb 1884, age 16. Linard A., son, born Jan 1887, age 13.

Uriah H. W. Fox, age 75, widowed. Apparently his daughter and her family were living with Uriah since he is the head of household.
Riley C. Chaffin, Son in Law, age 35, married 16 years. Dicey V. Chaffin, age 32. 4 children.
John W. age 15, Garrity A. age 13, Flora V. age 9, and Herman C. age 6.
1915 Death Certificates: died of pneumonia fever, attended by Dr. N. M. McCoin.
Buried Fox Family Cemetery, Jackson Co TN. R. C. Chaffin was the informant and listed the parents as B. A. Fox and Myran Bassham.
