Clement died after 22 May 1732 and before 23 Dec 1741 in Billerica.
25 Apr 1732 Clement deeded his son William, 40 acres on west side of Concord river, being one half of his homestead.
1 May 1732 Clement deeded William 35 acres "for love I have for my son" on the west side of Concord river bounded on the west by said William Chamberlain's land with all building but William is not to be in possession until after decease of Clement and wife.
Both deeds acknowledged 22 May 1732 by Clement Chamberlain

The above farm was mortgaged 2 Mar 1714 and again on 13 Feb 1720, released by his son William, 12 Apr 1732. Middlesex Deeds, 21: 267
