Elizabeth's married name said to be Kerley. Family Tree on Ancestry has a marriage to a James Kerley, 16 Jul 1778 - it's possible Elizabeth was not even born yet that year or she was one of the oldest children in the family. James is said to have died 4 May 1854 in Macon Co, TN. A search of the 1850 census shows a number of Kerleys living in Macon Co, none born in 1787 when he is said to have been born [notice that this birth is several years after the supposed marriage], and no James Kerley anywhere near that age can be found. A son Wm. A. Kerley is said born 1799, died 1887 - I did find him in Bledsoe County, TN in 1850.

Another list of children for Elizabeth and James Kerley. If the dates of birth are correct, it's certainly not likely the couple married in 1778.... or they had a lot more children.
