Harden Williams married Charlotte Nevill about 1788 and moved from NC to Barren Co KY. In 1808 they moved to Warren Co TN (may have been a different Harden Williams in Warren Co, this man's nephew!) and in 1818 to Indian Creek, Harden Co, TN. He died 3 Nov 1821 and was buried in Flat Gap between Indian Creek and Flat Creek. His widow died in Aug 1826. The spelling would be Hardin County and a gazetteer shows no towns in Hardin Co with these names. Another research has Harden County, Missouri and there is no such county and has never been. I did find a Flat Gap, TN in Wayne Co, near the Hardin County line.
