p.216 For love for my sons Constant & Ezekiel Perkins and for my daughter Elizabeth Perkins. To more fully comply with my dec'd husband's will. To my said son Constant & son Ezekiel & daughter Elizabeth Perkins, eight negroes: Lucy, Simon, Aaron, Tom, Peter, Nancy, Joshua & Jacob and their increase which slaves were born since the death of my dec'd husband Constant Perkins. Also to my three children above mentd three Negroes: Sue Sarah & D__is which were lent me by my dec'd husband during my widowhood or until son Ezekiel arrived to lawful age. Agreeable to my husband's will to be divided between his five youngest children, he having given his older children their parts in full. Nicholas & Stephen Perkins were two of these five, and are dead without issue. The three children are fairly entitled to the Legacies intended for them.
