p.334 I David Perkins of Mecklenburg in consideration of 5#'s paid relinquish all right & title to all & every of the Negroes that are the increase of those Negroes given by my Father Constant Perkins Will to Constant Perkins, Ezekiel Perkins & Elizabeth Perkins now Elizabeth Dop/Dos. They are the Negroes that have been born of the Sarah & Sue since my father Constant Perkins made his will and have since his death been conveyed by Deed of Gift to the aforesaid. David Perkins saving to himself right in so many of the above as were by his fathers Will the property of Stephen Perkins Dec'd to whom he is heir at law.
