Beloved brother Ezekiel Perkins my riding horses
All that part of my dec'd father's estate be instilled when my youngest brother comes of age, be equally divided between my mother, my brothers, Walker, Constantine & Ezekiel & my sister Elizabeth Perkins. If my mother intermarries she is to have no part of anything I may have by my dec'd father's will but that part allotted for her be equally divided between my brothers and sister.
If my mother does not intermarry she will have a part for her life, then after her deceased to be divided between my brothers and sister.
Brother Walker Perkins may collect his debt I have so to pay all my just debts
