William Hardin of Franklin Co. To well-beloved wife, land & premises where he now lives during her natural life if she remains a widow, and the whole of my Negroes. she has power to aid and adjust children in equal manner by loan of said negroes. She also has all stock, houshold goods. To sons Martin and Richard to have the lands upon her decease. At wife's decease, to all children - Henry, Mark, Swan, Martin, Richard, Cyntha, Sarah and Sucka (Susan), all of personal property, equal division of Negroes. Wife to be Executor along with sons Mark, Swan and Martin.
