From Halifax Co NC Deed Book 9, p.378 25 Jul 1766 James Holderness and Patience his wife of Halifax Co....parcel willed by Barnaby McKinney, father of Patience Holderness to his daughter Mary who died with no issue and said land reverted to said Patience.
