Thomas McDaniel and Mary of wife of Berkley Co SC to Alexander McCulloch of Edge.Co. 210 acres on north side Conoconary adj William Richmond & Thomas Howell. Part of patent to George Smith by him conveyed to Barnaby McKinnie Jr on 7 May 1725 and descended to the sd Mary McDaniel and Patience the wife of Benjamin Sherwood. Proved Feb Ct. 1757.
Edgecombe Co Deed Book 2, p.14 27 Jun 1753. Deed of Benjamin Sherrod & Patience and Thomas McDonald .. land in the will of our father Barnaby McKinne and given to his brother John McKinne. [In this deed he is Thomas "McDonald", in other deeds named as Thomas "McDaniel" - I believe this is the same man.]
Halifax Co NC Deed Book 9, p.34-38. Deed of James & Patience Holderness to Harwood Jones, Abner Nash and Blake Baker. States that Patience's sister Mary is deceased. 19 Mar 1764.
