Daily American Republic, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Monday, April 3, 1978, Page 16, Col. 4: Frances Talcott, a resident of 1010 Tremont St., died at 3 p.m. Sunday in Doctors Hospital at the age of 82. Mrs. Talcott, a resident of Butler County 15 years, was born March 5, 1896, in Butler County. She was married July 3, 1924, to Frank Talcott, who died Jan. 6, 1963. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Poplar Bluff. Survivors include one foster daughter, Betty Meyer of Ellsinore; two sisters, Bertie Collins of Ellsinore and Irene Bilbrey of Poplar Bluff; and two grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2 Wednesday at Cotrell Funeral Home. The Rev. Gail Copple will officiate. Burial will be in Poplar Bluff City Cemetery. visitation will begin at 7 tonight.
