Sherwood Voice, Sherwood, Arkansas, October 21, 2004: Stigler, Okla. - Inez Martin, 90, of Stigler died Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, in Stigler. She was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church and the Rebekah Lodge, and was first president of the Ladies Auxiliary Stigler Charter Chapter. She worked as a caregiver for Haskell County Hospital and was the widow of Roy Martin. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Main Street Baptist Church in Stigler with burial at Stigler City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Martin and Jerri Mitchell, both of Stigler; a son, Bobby Martin of Stigler; six sisters, Judy Hicks, Carol Young, Dorothy Carrow, Freda McMurry, Betty Kime and Edna Darden; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Richard Dickson, James Collins, Mike and Michael Jordan, Manuel Ballard and Jeremy French. The body may be viewed at the funeral home.
