Informant was her son Ray W Albright. Nana (Alva Mae) was living with us (Ray and Betty) for the past 18 years in Albuquerque. She was a small frail person. Her habit was to have a glass of water available in her room at night. One night she went to get her water and her hip just collapsed. We do not think she fell first but that the bone just collapsed. Being so small (86 pounds) the doctors did not believe that she would recover from the anesthetia. The doctor set her hip at the hospital and she just gave up and did not eat or drink. She died within two weeks.Burial
Nana was creameated and wished to be buried next to her husband. Ray and I took her remains to Belvidere for the burial.Alva M. Albright, 87
