Betty Lou met Ray when he moved into apartment A, she was already in apartment B. Ray's mother moved in with him as she had no means of support and her children rotated in taking care of her. But as it turned out Donald who was in the Army could not and Marjorie felt that she had done more than her share when Ray was in school. Therefore, after we married Nana lived with us until she died. It was actually good to have the third generation in the household. Eric our son and his cousins who lived with us for three years learned respect for elders. The third generation actually has many hidden advantages for the children's learning. We went camping every week-end in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter.Illness
