Leo Henry Zierden

Leo Henry Zierden of Cold Spring died Tuesday at the age of 46 years. He was born Feb 23, 1913 in New Munich and had been a saw operator at the Cold Spring Graite company.

Survivors are his widow, the former Martha Humbert, and children, Mary Louise, Donald and Joseph, Cold Spring.

Brothers and sisters surviving are: Mrs. Claude Schwieters and Norbert, St. Joseph; Mrs. Claude Rieland, Elrosa; Mrs. Boniface Hoppe and Ben, Cold Spring; Sister M. Basil, OSB, Ogden, UT; Casper, Faribault; Sister Mary Monica, OSB, Staples; Alex, Seymour, WI.

One brother, John, preceded him in death. Mr. Zierden was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and St. Joseph Society. Friends may call at the Wenner funeral home in Cold Spring Thursday noon and until the time of the funeral Saturday at 9:30 am at the St. Boniface church in Cold Spring. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
