The young people of True Blue Class of he West Grove Sunday School had a jolly good time, Friday night, at the home of a member, Albert Harold Carson. All enjoyed a treasure hunt through the woods back of the Carson home along the creek and through the lane and back to the campfire where they roasted wieners. Guests and relatives were entertained at a miscellaneous shower Wednesday Afternoon to honor Mrs. Ina Robbins Castetter, at the home of Mrs. Ada Castor, with Mrs. Flossie Castor assisting. The color scheme was yellow and white with yellow nut cups and white mints given as favors. Two very clever contests were given with prizes going to Mrs. Mary Jerrell [Jarrell] and Mrs. Irene Reynolds. Mrs. Flo Conway read an article reprinted from Who's Who, 1962, American Edition, written by Rev. H. D. Conway. The honored couple were the recipient of many lovely gifts.
